A slow-growing bush that loses its leaves in Winter, red leaves grow in Spring that then turn green and finally produce superb orange-coloured flowers. The fruit, the benefits of which nutritionists everywhere have long since agreed on, appears in the autumn. As it ages, the trunk folds in knots, which makes it even more spectacular. It withstands heat and dry conditions and exists in smaller varieties.
